GREEN BEENS

I came out with another recipe. As you may know or may not know green beans are really good for your digestion. Green beans have recently been shown to have impressive antioxidant capacity. Green beans may be a particularly helpful food for providing us with the mineral silicon. This mineral is very important for bone health and for healthy formation of connective tissue. 

If you dont like beens you can also add zucchinis or asparaguses. (I tried it too and it is also really good.)

And then the second main component are eggs. Eggs are among the few foods that I would named as “superfoods.” An egg is coming with 77 calories, 6 grams of protein and 5 grams of healthy fats.


Now let's jump into recipe. 



For one person: 
*1 fist of grated cheese
*2 fist of cooked green beens
*2 eggs 
*1 table spoon of flour
*pinch of solt
  → mix eggs, flour and solt together, and poor it into pan
  → after a min. add cooked green beens 
  → mix it all together, and cook it for another 2-3 min.
  → then just add chees and serve it
