And this is my first recipe.
Firs I want to tell you, that I never, NEVER skip a breakfast! Because it fill up your body, it gives you an energy and all those good things!
smoothie/yogurt
*1 banana
*fist of frozen currants
*fist of frozen blueberries
*1 yogurt
*cup of milk
2. Mix frozen blueberries and milk, and pur it above the banana/currant mixture
And you are DONE.
